At Eagle Yoga, we think that everyone, even kids, can benefit from yoga. Our entertaining yoga classes are designed especially to keep young students interested and involved. Our goal is to create a lifelong love of movement and mindfulness through a variety of age-appropriate poses, games, and activities. Yoga is a mental as well as a physical practice. Our sessions include breathing exercises and mindfulness practices to help kids become more focused, attentive, and self-aware. They will be better prepared for success in school and beyond with these invaluable skills, which can help them both inside and outside of the classroom.
